Overview: Pick-up at Paris CDG Airport at 9AM and private transfer to Normandy with an English-speaking local guide.

We strongly recommend arriving in Paris at least one day before the tour officially begins (Sunday, June 6, 2027) and arranging your own accommodations for that evening.
International travel can involve unexpected flight delays, missed connections, baggage delays, or weather disruptions. Arriving a day early provides a comfortable buffer so you don't miss the start of the tour and allows you to begin the experience rested and refreshed. Any accommodations and meals prior to the official start of the tour on June 7 are the responsibility of the guest.

This tour is designed for active travelers who enjoy exploring on foot.
Throughout the week, guests should be comfortable:
Walking up to approximately one mile at a time.
Navigating cobblestone streets, gravel pathways, uneven terrain, and historic village streets.
Climbing multiple flights of stairs in châteaux, wineries, and hotels.
Standing for extended periods during guided tours, market visits, and wine tastings.
Boarding and exiting passenger vans without assistance.
Note on Accessibility: Many of our destinations are historic and rural. While we make every reasonable effort to accommodate individual needs, some historic locations have limited accessibility and cannot be modified due to terrain or preservation rules. Guests are solely responsible for ensuring they possess a valid passport and meet all entry requirements for France.
Validity: At the time of travel, your passport must be valid for at least three (3) months beyond your planned departure date from Europe. Because airline and entry requirements can vary, we strongly recommend having at least six (6) months of passport validity remaining beyond June 15, 2027.
Visas & Authorizations: Guests are responsible for obtaining any required visas, travel authorizations, or entry documentation required at the time of travel.

Payment Schedule:
A 50% deposit is due at the time of registration to reserve your spot.
The remaining balance is due no later than December 7, 2026 (6 months prior to departure).
Cancellation Policy:
More than 180 days before departure: Written notice of cancellation receives a full refund of payments made, less a 10% administrative fee.
Within 180 days of departure: All payments become strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Travel Insurance: Because all payments become non-refundable within 180 days of departure, we strongly encourage every guest to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, trip interruption, emergency medical coverage, medical evacuation, and lost baggage. For additional medical evacuation protection, optional memberships through providers such as Medjet are also recommended.
